Baked vegetables

Ingredients
1/2 cup green peas
100 gms carrot
100 gms beans
1 small capsicum
1 small onion
2 green chillies
1 tbsp butter
salt, black pepper to taste
1 cup white sauce
1/2 cup grated cheese

Method
1. Wash and chop the vegetables
2. Melt butter in the oven
3. Add chopped onions, chillies to this and microwave for 2 mins
4. Now add rest of the vegetables and 1/4 cup water and microwave or 10 mins so that the vegies get tender
5. Add white sauce to this mixture, salt and black pepper for taste. Micorwave again for 5 mins
6. Preheat the oven at 250 degrees at convection mode. Sprinkle grated cheese on the mixture and bake the same for about 10-15 minutes.
