Grilled salmon steak with veggies

Ingredients:
Fresh Salmon steak pieces -  2
1 spoon curd
salt to taste
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder


Method:
Mix curd, salt, salt, pepper, red chilli powder, cumin powder together
Marinate the salmon pieces with the above mixture and keep aside for 30 minutes
Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees
Cook the marinated steak pieces for 30 minutes or until well-done.


Serve with boiled peas and/or boiled potatoes, carrots and/or garlic bread.
