Kachya pohya cha chiwda (Poha Chiwda)


Ingredients
0.5 kg Poha (Beaten rice - thin)
Oil to fry
Green chilli
curry leaves
peanuts

Method
1. Fry poha in a seperate pan with a little oil till the poha becomes crispy
2. Take some oil to fry in a kadhai
3. Add cut green chilli, curry leaves and peanuts in the pan and fry them together for sometime
4. Add the fried poha in this mixture and fry them for some time. Add turmeric to this mixture along with some salt to taste.
 5. Fry all together till the chiwda becomes crispy.
