Lauki ke kofte



Ingredients
500 gms Lauki (Bottle gourd) peeled and grated
2 tbl spoons besan/gram flour
2-3 green chillies
Little grated ginger
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
finely chopped corriander leaves

Method

1. Grate the lauki and squeeze out the water from it.
2. To this, add grated ginger,chopped green chillies, chopped corriander leaves, red chilli powder and salt. Mix all well.
3. Now add besan to bind the mixture and make round/oval balls to prepare koftas
4. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the koftas in the oil to golden brown color.
5. Server with chutney and nice hot tea/coffee !!
