Ingredients
10 baby corn
1 medium onion
1 small size capsicum
2 green chillies
Tomato,ginger paste (2 tomatoes + 1/2 inch ginger)
4 pieces garlic
Little tomato ketchup
1 tblsp cornflour
2 tblsp maida
1 tsp red chilli powder
Method
1. Mix cornflour, maida and red chilli powder with some water
2. Dip the baby corn pieces in the mixture an shallow fry till it becomes golden brown
3. Cut the onion, capsicum, green chillies in long pieces
4. Heat som oil in a pan
5. Add the onion, capsicum and chillies, garlic pieces and fry them all together for some time
6. Now add the tomato + ginger paste and mix it together
7. After 2/3 minutes add the fried baby corn.
8. After 5 minutes add tomato ketchup to the mixture
9. Cook covered for 10 minutes
Garnish with corrianger leaves and serve hot.
