Ingredients:
Prawns - 500 gms : Cleaned and peeled
Tomato sauce
Soy sauce
1 large onion
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
100 ml water

Method:
Marination: Add olive oil, chilli powder, salt, prawns and mix well. Keep refrigerated for half hour.
Pre-heat oven at 200 C.
Place the marinated prawns on the oven tray and grill till golden brown. Turn over the prawns in between. It might take roughly 30 mins for the prawns to be ready.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cut onion and saute till brown or transparent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 5 mins. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and mix well. Add water and salt and simmer for 5 mins. Add the grilled prawns and simmer for 2 mins.
The grilled prawns curry is ready to be served.
Best served with rice and baked vegetable
