Prawn Avocado salad

A very quick and healthy salad.

Ingredients:
2 ripe Avocados 
Spring onions
150 gm prawns (cooked and peeled)
Olives (green/black)
 2 tsp olive oil
mixed herbs
1 tsp orange juice 
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp pepper sauce / Jalapeno sauce

Method:
Mix olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, soya sauce, jalapeno/pepper sauce to prepare the salad dressing.
Cut the spring onions, avocado into small pieces.
Add cooked prawns to the salad. Add olives if you like them.
Pour the salad dressing on the salad and add mixed herbs on top.
For a little spicy taste, add more jalapeno sauce on top.
