Carrot Halwa

Ingredients
0.5 kg Carrots - washed and grated
4 tbsp Ghee
cashews and raisins
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup milk

Method
1. Heat some ghee in a nonstick pan
2. Fry the grated carrots in the ghee
3. Add the cashews and raisins in the pan and fry them together
4. Add the milk and sugar to the mixture.
5. Keep the pan closed and let the halwa cook for 5 minutes
Serve cold or hot
