Ingredients
Thin Poha (beaten rice thin)
1 small onion chopped
some peanuts
red chilli
grated coconut
curry leaves
oil
1 tsp turmeric
sugar and salt to taste
Method
1. Mix poha and grated coconut and keep them squeezed for 10 mins
2. Prepare tadka of curry leaves, peanuts, red chilli, turmeric
3. Add the tadka in the poha along with salt and sugar to taste
