पोहा (Beaten rice)
1 potato peeled
1 medium size onion
some peanuts
1 tsp oil
1 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
chopped corriander
Method
1. Wash the beaten rice, drain the water and mix salt in the beaten rice
2. Cut the onion and potato in long slices
3. Boil the potato seperately for some time
4. Take some oil in pan, after the oil is heated up, add the cut onion pieces and fry them
5. Add peantus and boiled potato slices and fry them
6. Add turmeric to the mixture and finally add the poha(beaten rice).
Steam the poha for some time and poha would be done.
For garnishing, you can add chopped corrainder.
