Fish Fry


Ingredients
300 gms Rohu fish (Bengali cut)
2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
1. Mix turmeric,chilli,salt,oil,lemon juice to make a paste
2. Wash and clean the fish
3. Put the paste on the cleaned fish cuts
4. Add some oil in a nonstick pan. Shallow fry the fish pieces.

My my! This looks yummy! It reminds me of fish that kaku used to make :) Kab aau re tere ghar khaane???
