Pav bhaji


Ingredients
100 gms cauliflower
100 gms french beans
3 medium size potatoes
50 gms peas
2 medium size tomatoes
2 tsp pavbhaji masala
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp red chilli powder
chopped corriander leaves
4 tbsp butter
grated cheese

Method
1. Wash, cut and boil all the vegetables in a cooker.
2. Strain the boiled vegetables and mash them together.
3. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and fry them together till onions turn golden brown
4. Add pav bhaji masala and red chilli powder and fry them
5. Add the mashed vegetables along with a little water and cook them for 10 minutes covered.
6. Add butter to the bhaji and keep it covered.
Add grated cheese to the bhaji before serving.
Heat the pav with butter on a tawa. And serve with the bhaji.
